A. RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Observes punctuality at work.
2. Checks safety gadgets before going to work.

B. ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Supervises delegated work to his Leadman.
2. Monitor and evaluates quality of job done and its completion.
3. Executes instructions from Operation In-charge.
4. Coordinates and takes instructions from the Administrative Officer in the absence of Operation In-
charge.
5. Assesses and responsible on site decisions on work site.
6. Calls regular meetings on site with his Leadman to discuss about the status of work, problem areas,
materials and other job related needs.
7. Plans and sets priority in work areas to be done.
8. Calls a meeting once a week (every Mondays before starting to work) with the Leadman, Electricians,
and Material Controller to discuss about work updates and other job related needs.
9. Defines scope of work to Leadman before commencing work / project.
10. Coordinates with contractors regarding status of work and other necessary job related activities to
smoothly enhance work completion.
11. Reports status of work, problem areas, attendance and other related activities to Operation In-charge
twice a week or as the need arises.
12. Documents all important matters regarding the project.
13. Makes schedule of work according to the phase of work. Use DSTI Form #014-98 if necessary.
14. Accepts and refers qualified applicants to Operation In-charge for possible hiring

B. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Advises Electricians regarding the day’s work.
2. Checks and updates materials, tools and safety gadgets before going to work site.
3. Coordinates with the Project In-Charge or Supervisor assigned as to their needs.
4. Coordinates with the Material Controller with regards to their material needs.
5. Coordinates with Operations in charge in the absence of a Project In-Charge or Supervisor.
6. Keeps record of daily attendance.
7. Updates work completion, materials, transportation and other work related needs.
8. Attends regular meetings with the Project In-Charge or Supervisor.

B. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Formulate safety policies, rules and regulations.
2. Manage overall site implementation of the company safety program.
3. Represent the company in all matters pertaining to safety, security, health & environmental issues
and perform all related coordination activities.
4. Be familiar with the operations of the company or project, its specific emergency handling procedures
and ensure proper understanding of critical aspects of the operations/project.
5. Keep an organized and up-to-date record of all recordable injuries, fires, motor vehicle accidents,
property damage, crane/heavy equipment incident, including near miss, first aid cases and all other
pertinent safety records.
6. Understand all safety, health, security and environmental requirements as per Company Safety Plan.
Ensure compliance of workplace, contractors, and subcontractors.
7. Conduct documented pre-site deployment safety orientation / induction.
8. Promote the value and appropriate behavior of safety.
9. Conduct or facilitate safety training / refresher courses with the site workforce in conjunction with the
site management.
10. Conduct Accident Investigation and Analysis.
11. Perform Risk Assessment / Job Safety Analysis / Job Hazard Analysis (JSA / JHA).
12. Keep a record of every weekly safety meetings on site, complete with subject discussed and a list of
attendees.
13. Supervise conduct of emergency drills and simulations.

B. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Conduct Safety Audit and inspections and Perform full time and continuous safety coverage /
monitoring of the work site.
2. Promote the value and appropriate behavior of safety.
3. Report to and assist his Site Supervisor in the overall implementation approved Company Safety Plan.
4. Coordinate for safety, health, security & environmental issues with the client counterpart in the field
that affects day-to-day operation.
5. Be familiar with the company established emergency procedures.
6. Carry out site surveys to see that only safe work methods are in operation, that health & safety
requirements are being observed, and welfare facilities are adequate and properly maintained.
7. Determine the cause of any incident including near misses and recommend means of preventing their
recurrence.
8. Keep up-to-date with recommended codes of practice and safety literatures. Circulate information to
each level of employees.
9. Assist Site Safety Supervisor in training employees of selected disciplines.
10. Supervise / monitor daily toolbox meetings or pre-job instruction meetings of Leadman/Supervisors.
11. Foster within the company an understanding that injury prevention and damage control are an
integral part of business and operational efficiency.
12. Stop employees whenever unsafe acts or conditions are noted.
13. Monitor and ensure compliance of field workforce with the Permit To Work System.
14. Conduct Accident Investigation and Analysis.
15. Perform Risk Assessment / Job Safety Analysis / Job Hazard Analysis (JSA /JHA).
16. Conduct of emergency drills and simulations.
17. Submit safety related reports to the management and government regulatory bodies.
18. Advise site management through his immediate superior, on the following.

❖ Ways to prevent fires, injury, damage to equipment & facilities.
❖ Contractual concerns affecting safety, health & welfare of employees.
❖ Provision and use of special protective clothing and equipment for specific tasks.

surrounding.
5. Prepares and observe work schedule against the deadline.
6. Coordinates with Project-In-Charge as to project requirements.
7. Overseas the employees dormitory and its maintenance.
8. Receives raw materials from warehouse and delivers finished product to projects concerned.
9. Renders painting works.
10. Coordinates with Finance Officer regarding the disposal of scraps.

Most of the duties and responsibilities of a welder revolve around the actual process of welding
and following safety protocols.
• Plan the welding actions needed to complete the requested project.
• Follow all safety measures to minimize the risk of work accidents.
• Communicate the status of various projects to people who work different shifts.
• Review blueprints and understand how the welding project fits into the broader
construction plan.
• Choose the proper equipment and prepare it so that it is ready to weld.
• Take apart large ships, airplanes, or trains and possibly repair for future use.
• Work as part of a team that constructs bridges, tunnels, or architectural marvels.

A. RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Loading, transporting, and delivering items and manpower to clients project site or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
2. Reviewing or checking pick up materials before and after to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and included in the receipt.
3. Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
4. Accepting communication from different site.
5. Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
6. Arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle.
7. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
8. Preparing reports and other documents relating to trip directory and liquidation of expenses.
9. Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
